Shipping policy

It will take upto 7-10 business days after placing an order for the shipment to arrive, based on the delivery destination.
Under unforeseen circumstances such as political bandhs, natural disasters, etc., the delivery duration could extend to 14 days.

 

We ship products all over the world

• For orders being shipped abroad, the shipping time is 7–14 days. Email or SMS notifications will be sent to you informing you of the progress of your orders.
• ruwaa disclaims all liability for any customs fees, GST/VAT costs, or other fees assessed on the shipping. The customer will be responsible for paying this. We are not subject to the laws of the customer's nation, so we have no control over and are not responsible for any additional import taxes or fees (because you are the buyer, you are an importer) that may be imposed.
• Customers who refuse to accept delivery of goods billed with duties risk having their boxes destroyed by authorities, and they will not be eligible for a refund.
• Every order placed internationally is subject to ordinary shipping fees.
• The order must have an unboxing video uploaded in order to address any issues.
• To avoid any additional costs or fees, we have made an effort to include every item. 
• The product(s) cannot, however, be returned or exchanged, and the order(s), if placed, cannot be canceled because of this.
