RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Nutriah Nourish Pvt Ltd provides options for returns, refunds, and cancellations under our company norms. We execute our returns, refunds, and cancellations processes solely based on our policy points. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• Customers can place a cancellation of any order before the shipping process to claim a refund of the amount paid.
• We accept cancellation of any order via our website or when customers reach us through mail at enquire@ruwaa.life with the necessary information.
• No cancellations shall be processed after the order has been shipped.
• A refund of the amount paid shall be made to the customer on the cancellation of an order.
• A refund shall be processed if the customer has not canceled the order yet the order has not been delivered to the customer.
• A refund shall be done if any complaint is raised regarding the product quality but only after a detailed review to ensure the concerns are valid.
• In case of a website issue or payment failure, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid after verifying the validity of the problem.
• Under all circumstances concerning cancellations and refunds, Nutriah Nourish Pvt Ltd shall have the deciding hand.
• Online deliveries may amend the refund or cancellation policy from time to time. In case of any modifications, we will reach out to customers through the contact information shared and address the concern immediately.
• Returns will only be accepted upon certain important parameters established by Nutriah Nourish Pvt Ltd.
• Return requests for damaged/defective products shall be taken into consideration.
• Nutriah Nourish Pvt Ltd will immediately enquire and take necessary actions toward customer complaints and return requests.
• All return requests can be raised within 7 days after delivery.
• Shipping costs may be charged for product returns.
