  • Customers can place a cancellation of any order before the shipping process to claim a refund of the amount paid.
  • We accept cancellation of any order via our website or when customers reach us through mail at enquire@ruwaa.life with the necessary information.
  • No cancellations shall be processed after the order has been shipped.
  • A refund of the amount paid shall be made to the customer on the cancellation of an order.
  • A refund shall be processed if the customer has not canceled the order yet the order has not been delivered to the customer.
  • A refund shall be done if any complaint is raised regarding the product quality but only after a detailed review to ensure the concerns are valid.
  • In case of a website issue or payment failure, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid after verifying the validity of the problem.
